They are brilliant, but they know nothing about your sprint, your PRD, or the 40-comment thread where the real decision got made. The mistakes to avoid
- Trusting AI summaries as the record. Verify decisions and risks against reality before they reach stakeholders.
- Assuming AI is unlimited. Everyday Brain chat is unlimited on a paid plan, but agents/automations draw on metered credits — watch the pool.
