1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VetAI Works (“the Site”), accessible at vetaiworks.com and operated by Jeffrey Ahn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Content disclaimer
All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The Site discusses using AI in product management — including PRDs and requirements, sprint planning and estimation, vendor due diligence, and stakeholder communication.
The content is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or fabricated and must be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of the content. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jeffrey Ahn and VetAI Works shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or its products, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, prompts, images, graphics, layout, code, branding) is the property of Jeffrey Ahn or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, share, and link to content, and quote brief excerpts (up to 50 words) with attribution and a link back to the original. You may not reproduce entire articles elsewhere, republish content commercially without prior written permission, remove attribution, scrape or crawl the Site at scale, or use the content to train machine-learning models without prior written permission.
5. User-submitted content
Comments are moderated and appear after approval. If you submit content via email or other means, you grant VetAI Works a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, quote, and adapt that content with attribution, and you represent that you have the rights to grant such license.
6. Digital products
Prompt packs and other digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad and are licensed for your individual professional use. Purchases, delivery, and refunds are handled under Gumroad’s terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the products.
7. Advertising and affiliate disclosure
The Site may display advertising (including via Google AdSense) and may contain affiliate links from which we earn commissions on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. We disclose affiliate relationships within articles when applicable. All editorial recommendations are based on the author’s independent judgment, regardless of advertising or affiliate relationships.
8. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
